[glow=red,2,300]Outside Sanctuary[/glow] - What happens out side of the guild is your own doing. But when it reflects bad upon the guild. Then it is a big problem.
[glow=red,2,300]Guild Chat[/glow] - Guild chat is open to anybody. There is a no holds bar when it comes down to that. If you have something to say to somebody that is personal. Please take it to tells. If it several people, create a channel and take it in there. Whining, pregnant doging, moaning and groaning doesn't look good upon yourself.
[glow=red,2,300]Raids[/glow] - While raids are not mandatory, we do ask that you try and attend atleast one a week.
[glow=red,2,300]Raid Chat [/glow]- Raid chat is open to whom ever is in the raid. But when the raid leader is trying to explain something. Keep it clear so they can get the point across. Same goes for Vent.
[glow=red,2,300]Loot on raids [/glow]- When we do raid. For the time being Raid Leaders will Master Loot in 40 man instances. We use a standard DKP system with NO bidding. So, if you have the highest points of your class, you get the item.
We play this game to have fun. Not to have a second job. Not to come and get into fights with people over gromsblood. If you feel that your not having fun. Then maybe this game isn't for you. Sanctuary strives on having fun and making raids fun as well.
